On October 27, 2007 Jessica Megliss was crowned Miss Three Rivers which enables her to compete to the 2008 Miss Pennsylvania Pageant. The winner of the Miss Pennsylvania Pageant will go on to compete at Miss America Pageant that will be held in Las Vegas in January 2009.
During her year of service, Jessica plans to continue her involvement with her platform, of "Promoting Mentoring in our Communities with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America", and spend time promoting volunteerism within the Greater Pittsburgh Area and as well, throughout the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
